PSG on the cusp of another Ligue 1 title
Unbeaten in 17 games, the Parisians are closing in on a record-equalling tenth league crown
Paris Saint-Germain are on the verge of another Ligue 1 title after extending their unbeaten run to 17 games with a 2-0 win over Angers on Saturday. Goals from Kylian Mbappe and Neymar ensured Mauricio Pochettino's side moved 15 points clear at the top of the table with just six games remaining.
PSG have been in imperious form since losing to Rennes in early December and have not dropped a point in the league since. They have won their last five matches by an aggregate score of 15-0 and look unstoppable as they close in on a record-equalling tenth Ligue 1 title.
Next up for PSG is a home game against Lens on Sunday, before they travel to Manchester City in the Champions League semi-finals. They will then face Strasbourg, Troyes, Montpellier and Metz in their final four league games of the season.
With PSG all but certain to win the title, the focus will now switch to the Champions League, where they will be hoping to finally end their wait for a first European Cup triumph.
